Plenty of fish not working

Just signed up today, was logged in and everything was working fine. You'll find daters looking for just about everything, from a long-term relationship to a hookup. Requests for password resets never sent to email. As a direct result of their ambitious policies, I have to date received 41 such requests, all of which cannot be verified nor even posed as genuine unless an upgrade is made. It keeps saying my username and password are incorrect. At the time this received global media exposure and security experts blamed Plenty of Fish for the security and privacy lapse specifically for keeping users' passwords unsecured. How old are the oldest men you'd like to meet? I'm glad I have it not though. Issue I think. I live in northern Indiana. Also password reset requests simply never arrive. What gives?? I had the same issue on my iPhone 8 and on my laptop. Your plenty of fish login process is done now. It's embarrassing knowing the everyone and their mom can working you on a dating login. It is a right pain in the ass as you cannot even contact the site to ask for reasons why this has happened.
