Pof not working
Same issue with mine. This was early last night. Abide by all guidelines. POF has been down for 5 days now. Ok I joined Plenty of Fish then getting real no responds. I get e-mails and messages from POF, but I keep getting told my password is wrong. Tells me error signing in. You have to wait at least 1 or 2 hours to make sure that it will be not deleted automatically. It seems these sites makes it far to easy to keep your hands in the cookie jar so to speak or to avoid making any real connections. Internet explorer does the same thing as the app and chrome for me. They said I had closed my account and would need to create a new one. Started a new account and with in two hours the same thing happened. Right when I finally found someone I was interested in and began talking….
Came to find I was force logged out of my POF account and cannot log back in. I really wish they would get this fixed because it happens regularly. Says wrong password then says click to reset, then says an email has been sent but never receive one. I would say they have problems, a hack maybe. Pretty crap really. On my laptop and iPhone using chrome and Firefox. Failed to attach file, click here to try again. It broight me back to the beging of the registering process with my username and pw in yellow. I knew when I always have auto sign in and stay signed in and when I went to the app I was logged out. Very confusing and frustrating. I continue to receive notifications from POF saying I have new matches, however unable to log in. Same problems as everyone else. Response Time:. For more information about reviews on ConsumerAffairs. I logged in the 10 mins later it went back to the login page so put my username and password and guess what said incorrect. I log in but nothing will load via the app or website and keeps saying there is no internet connection. If it was, why didnt I get an email explaining why? Its been down for days. I have met a lot of very nice people and a few weird ones. It is a right pain in the ass as you cannot even contact the site to ask for reasons why this has happened.

For the people who are having issues signing in and not receiving password reset, your account was probably deleted. When I ask request password reset, I am not receiving it.

It says my credentials are incorrect and when I ask to reset my password the link to email never arrives. I had an account three weeks logged out for a few days was told password and email address are not recognised.
